Healing starts here
Madison Meyerson, LSCSW
Support that meets you where you are—and helps you move forward.
Feeling depressed, stressed, or out of control? Life can leave you overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
In therapy, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported through whatever season you’re in. Together, we’ll focus on learning practical tools, improving communication, and helping you better understand and manage intense emotions.
Services
-
Individual therapy offers a confidential, one-on-one setting where clients can explore and seek help for their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with the guidance of a trained professional.
My goal is to support meaningful change and empower clients to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience.

Play and yoga therapy helps children express feelings when they lack the words or emotional maturity for traditional talk therapy. Using play, creative activities, and yoga, children communicate and process emotions in a safe, supportive environment guided by a therapist. Common techniques include art, storytelling, puppets, music, sand play, and movement-based practices like yoga.
Typically used for ages 5–12 (but adaptable for others), play therapy supports emotional regulation, coping, and social skills. It can improve self-esteem and resilience, and is helpful for challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, behavioral issues, and family conflict.
-
Couples therapy offers a supportive space for partners to address challenges and strengthen their relationship. I help couples improve communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional intimacy.
Together, we identify underlying issues, develop healthier patterns, and create lasting positive change. Couples therapy can support concerns such as communication difficulties, trust issues, infidelity, parenting conflicts, and disconnection, and more—helping partners build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

DBT Skills Group
The Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group focuses on teaching practical, evidence-based skills to help individuals manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress effectively.
Core DBT skills include:
Mindfulness
Distress tolerance
Emotion regulation
Interpersonal effectiveness
Creating a life worth living
This structured group is ideal for individuals seeking to build resilience, reduce emotional reactivity, and improve overall functioning.
Please note: Group sessions are reserved for clients currently engaged in therapy services. At this time, I am not offering group enrollment as a standalone service.

Immigration evaluations are professional assessments used to support individuals in immigration cases, such as hardship waivers, asylum, U-Visa, T-Visa, VAWA petitions, and cancellation of removal.
These evaluations involve a comprehensive clinical interview and, when needed, standardized assessments to understand the emotional and psychological impact of trauma, separation, or other life circumstances. A detailed report is then prepared to support legal proceedings and is intended for use by attorneys, courts, and immigration officials.

The Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluation service provides a thoughtful and individualized assessment of each person’s emotional and mental health needs. Using clinical judgment, evidence-based practices, and a structured consultation process, I gather relevant information about emotional, psychological, and functional well-being.
This process allows me to determine whether an Emotional Support Animal is clinically appropriate and, when applicable, provide a professionally written ESA letter that supports your need for reasonable housing accommodations.
In addition to my indoor office, clients have access to a private outdoor space on the building grounds, complete with a pond, walking path, and seating areas. I offer outdoor and walk-and-talk sessions for those who feel more at ease in nature or benefit from movement during therapy.
Being outside can support grounding, reduce stress, and offer fresh air, creating a calming and restorative space for reflection.
I am currently accepting new clients!
I also do accept insurance. Please see the investment page for more insurance information.
Meet the therapist
Welcome! I’m Madison, the owner of Clinical Mental Health Solutions LLC and your future therapist!
I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) in 2020 from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas, and my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2022 from Fordham University in New York, New York. I have experience working with law enforcement and a strong background in assessing individuals in active mental health crises, including serving as a co-responder with the Overland Park Police Department responding to 911 mental and behavioral health calls before transitioning into private practice. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with my two kittens. I am also adopted, which has shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, family systems, and the complexity of relationships, both personally and professionally.
I show up as compassionate, non-judgmental, validating, and direct. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported, while also being challenged when it matters. I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build—one where you can be your full self, honor the raw emotional parts of life, examine learned behaviors, uncover the roots of current challenges, and find your voice.
Therapy should be meaningful and effective. It is an investment of your time, energy, and money, and I take that seriously. I won’t simply sit back and nod; I provide honest insight, clear strategies, and the accountability you need to make real, lasting progress.
With focus, effort, and willingness to do the hard work, you can achieve lasting change—and I will be there to guide, challenge, and support you every step of the way.
